Carole Rowsell is a business executive with a depth of experience in leading the training and development programs for four national companies along with holding general management positions at these organizations. For over 25 years, Carole has worked with companies during their start up and transition phases to help them recognize the challenges and rewards inherent to growing business organizations. Her communication and leadership skills have also been put to work in the volunteer sector serving both the local and the international community. Overall, Carole’s communication skills, leadership and commitment enhance the quality of the service CHF provides to clients. Carole holds an Honours B.Comm. degree.
John Arcena graduated from Seneca College of Applied and Technology in Graphic Design and has been designing and assisting in administration for the past seven years. His flair for design has allowed him to creatively produce pieces from retail graphics, brochures, posters and advertisements that were published nationally. He enjoys using color, playing with typography and communicating through visual mediums. John work’s as graphic designer/administrative support assistant full-time, where he enjoys working in a busy office environment and loves to organize his time efficiently.
Bob Leshchyshen, MBA, CFA, IR Professional
Mr. Leshchyshen is the former Director of Corporate Development and Investor Relations with Century Global Commodities Corp. Prior to that he was a Vice President of CHF Investor Relations | Capital Markets for a number of years. He has had extensive research and analytical experience with several prominent equity research and credit-rating organizations, including eResearch, Northern Securities, St. James Securities, Dominion Bond Rating Service and McNeil Mantha Inc. He has written research and valuation reports on small cap mining and oil and gas companies, as well as other industrial and technology companies. Bob has served on the board of directors of a number of mining, health care and technology small cap companies. He received a MBA degree from the University of Toronto in 1975 and received a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation in 1990. Bob returned to CHF in early 2017.
