Jeanny So, Director of Operations
	Since 2004, Jeanny So has been sharing her talents for nurturing effective business relationships to her clients and the team at CHF. Jeanny had more than seven years of extensive customer service, marketing and sales experience in the investment industry and worked as a sales associate at SentrySelect Capital before joining CHF. At Sentry, she played a key role in improving their network of contacts and expanding sales in Ontario. At CHF, Jeanny heads up the Brazilian arm of CHF that was established out of São Paulo in 2007, as well as anchoring the entire team of account managers at the head office in Toronto to ensure that CHF is always expanding its audience of brokers across Canada.

Julia Clark, Director of Communications
	Julia Clark oversees written communications for CHF and the clients, in all forms they take. Her talent for business writing, knowledge of regulatory matters and honed organizational skills are valuable resources utilized by CHF’s entire talent pool as well as for special CHF projects Coming from the University of Toronto, Julia apprenticed with Cathy Hume in 1994 as Office Manager and contributed to the rapid growth the IR firm enjoyed before leaving in 1997. She returned to CHF in 2004 as Project Manager after having engaged in various endeavours that employed her administrative, accounting, financial and business skills in other sectors. Over her 18 years in business, eleven spent in IR, Julia interestingly also found time to become a certified Paramedic. As Director of Communications at CHF, Julia aims to ensure the highest quality and professionalism in written communications, as well as comprehension and clarity for company news releases while conducting ongoing training for the Associates to learn and grow at CHF.

Barry Leung, Director of Business Development-China
	Barry Leung "crossed the street" in 2006 after more than 20 years in brokerage in Toronto where he specialized in small-cap and emerging companies to pursue investor relations on board the CHF team. He invested across all of CHF's clients' sectors and participated in many corporate financing activities in his career. Heading up CHF's business arm out of Shanghai, Barry's breadth of China experience embodies him with a unique perspective into the Chinese corporate and business culture. Barry is a graduate of Lakehead University, Ontario.
